• At least 2 years of multifamily property management experience
• Strong leadership, team motivation, and resident service focus
• Skilled in leasing, marketing, and collections
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Entrata experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations in line with financial guidelines
• Drive occupancy and leasing goals through effective marketing
• Monitor and manage delinquency standards
• Conduct daily property inspections
• Supervise and support office and maintenance teams
• Manage budget and obtain approvals for non-budgeted expenses
