Content/Copywriter – AI Tooling Project

MUST HAVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE

We're working on a high-impact AI Tooling project and are looking for a skilled Content/Copywriter with a hybrid background in content strategy and copywriting. This role will play a critical part in shaping clear, user-focused messaging across digital touchpoints within a complex, evolving product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine copy for AI-driven tools and interfaces
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and technical capabilities
• Translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging language
• Support UX writing, product copy, microcopy, and in-product messaging
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across the platform
• Contribute to content strategy, including content models, taxonomies, and content governance

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or copywriting
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and functional writing for digital products
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with AI or complex technical products is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
