Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Beauty-Focused Multidisciplinary Designer with advanced skills in digital, print, and 3D design to bring our cosmetics brand's creative vision to life. This role requires a forward-thinking designer with strong technical expertise, particularly in SketchUp, who can seamlessly produce exceptional work across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the cosmetics and beauty space, with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to interpret and elevate brand guidelines into visually captivating assets. Creativity, precision, and an eye for beauty-specific storytelling are essential to ensure cohesive and innovative brand expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital & Print Design Production: Create dynamic, on-trend graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, POS displays, and packaging that capture the energy and aesthetic of our beauty and culture-driven brand.
• 3D Design & Visualization: Support the creation of eye-catching 3D renderings for in-store displays, product mock-ups, and retail environments using SketchUp as the preferred 3D software; contribute to designing innovative product displays and spatial concepts that highlight the brand\'s ethos and enhance the consumer experience.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the Creative Director, product teams, and marketing to understand campaign goals and ensure alignment with our brand\'s voice and youthful energy; partner with designers and copywriters to bring creative ideas to the table and lead creative discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Precision & Production Expertise: Prepare digital and print files for production, manage color profiles, resolution, and output requirements, coordinate with vendors to produce top-tier print materials, and assist with 3D production elements.
• Project Management & Organization: Handle multiple creative projects, prioritize tasks, manage workflow efficiently, and ensure assets are accessible to all relevant teams.

Technical & Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a solid understanding of SketchUp for 3D modeling
• Experience with other 3D software such as Blender, Rhino, or Maya is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of digital, print, and 3D production processes
• Strong grasp of typography, branding, and visual aesthetics within the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle sectors
• A portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary work across digital, print, and 3D with a focus on youth culture and beauty

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a mid to high-level graphic design role, preferably with exposure to the cosmetics or beauty industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a graphic design mindset
• Ability to thrive under deadlines and in high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail and aesthetics with strong communication and teamwork skills
• A portfolio showcasing your best work
