Senior Manager, Operations - Creator Platform

Base pay range

$115,600.00/yr - $183,400.00/yr

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end integration of the Creator Platform’s operations with Rockstar / Take-Two compliance, customer experience, trust & safety, security, legal and compliance teams.
  • Build and implement scalable workflows for creator support, moderation, and compliance, taking a hands-on role in early phases while laying the foundations for operational maturity.
  • Own creator-related publishing topics, including localization, ratings, submissions, and related processes.
  • Devise and maintain key operational benchmarks to track ongoing operational efficiency, health, and platform risks, with an eye towards ongoing improvement.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and community teams to advocate for new and expanded tooling in support of operational improvements, policies and player safety standards.
  • Mentor and grow a team passionate about creator operations, establishing procedures for scaling as the platform grows.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, live service management, compliance, or related functions, ideally within gaming, technology, or creator platforms.
  • Hands-on builder with the ability to deliver operational tasks while designing structures for long-term scale.
  • Experience developing, piloting, and scaling operational workflows.
  • Experience partnering with legal, compliance, or trust & safety teams on policy enforcement and operational implementation.
  • Strong understanding of UGC (user-generated content), modding communities, or live-service operations.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and workflow systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira), workflow automation, and escalation practices.

Pluses

  • Ability to tailor communication style to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with compliance, trust & safety, or moderation operations.
  • Passion for Rockstar Games and its creator/modding community.
