Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to identify platform trends; analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights; recap and summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans.
• Manage end-to-end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, reporting and analysis.
• Coach and guide creators on editing posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external-facing graphics/visuals when needed.
• Analyze data to draw insights around creators and users; identify potential issues and find solutions to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and vertical growth.
• Demonstrate product expertise and educate creators on best practices to help accelerate growth and ensure creator deliverables meet business expectations.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to shape content and influencer strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications —
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience working directly with creators for content strategy and campaigns.
• At least 3+ years of experience and understanding of content ecosystems and algorithms; large technology company experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of content and logical reasoning; ability to identify abstract content characteristics in structured ways.
• Data analysis capabilities and strong user empathy; able to improve user experience based on data insights.
• Experience working with large datasets to generate insights and conduct root cause analyses.

• Preferred Qualifications —
• Great understanding of the content industry (static or video); strong execution and data analysis skills; familiar with content ecosystems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability.

Job Information

Pay transparency — Compensation: base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83,600 – $192,534 annually. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and stock units; base pay is one component of the total package. Benefits vary by location and role; standard benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, holidays, sick days and paid personal time.
