MITER Brands is a leading supplier of vinyl windows and patio doors with plants nationwide. The Customer Experience Specialist will support the sales team by providing scheduling, marketing, and reporting assistance. The core component of this position is to provide a world-class customer experience by coordinating and facilitating manufacturing tours for customers within the eastern business unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating plant tours for sales reps to showcase the manufacturing facilities to customers.
• Book venues, schedule guests, draft and finalize contracts, and lock down day-of logistics.
• Oversee the planning and execution of offsite customer relations events.
• Support Sales leaders at Trade Show Events.
• Provide marketing support such as creating PPTs and presentations and acting as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams.
• New Hire Coordination with HR: Set up computer, credit card, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Arrange plant tours, flights, transportation, lunches, and dinners for new hires.
• Sales Management Trainee Coordination and Support.
• Update and maintain customer data, including factors influencing pricing changes.
• Uphold the company’s mission and vision with every event.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Experience in managing budgets
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Excel
• Familiarity with dining, entertainment options, and comprehensive knowledge of the Harrisburg area is preferred.
• Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment.
• Experience in search engine capabilities.
• Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
