Position Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the marketing team and brokers to create marketing materials that support Stream Headquarters'' dedicated business units.

You are an experienced communicator who is extremely organized and well-prepared, with a keen eye for detail and strong design experience. You are a team player who can provide strategic, proactive solutions and work with a variety of personalities under multiple competing deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with and work under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Manager; meet with sales and PM teams to produce a variety of marketing deliverables on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline production of deliverables, including templated assets and vendor relations.
• Assess a project, identify missing pieces, and communicate requirements to complete tasks quickly and clearly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects simultaneously under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Manager and design team.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and general knowledge of production methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in the design and production of marketing deliverables.
• Leverage an array of marketing templates and update content, design, and imagery daily.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in a design-related field from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 years as a graphic designer or in a similar role
• CRE experience required
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects while collaborating with the marketing team and internal clients
• Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on time; well organized with strong time management; able to interface with local executives
• Ability to champion and become an expert in design, production, and printing best practices
• Continuous drive for improvement, intellectually curious, flexible, and adaptable
• Structured approach to problem-solving
