We’re seeking a talented Designer with 4–6 years of proven experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, thrives in fast-paced, consumer-driven environments, and has a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and results.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver engaging campaigns for marketing, advertising, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling and user-friendly designs that align with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop fresh, impactful concepts.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and social media creatives that drive engagement.
- Apply a strong understanding of typography, color theory, UX/UI, and ADA-compliant design.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design innovations to bring forward-thinking ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience as a Designer in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects that drive consumer engagement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and related design tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, UX/UI design, basic HTML, and social media principles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
- Knowledge of ADA-compliant design is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to explore new creative approaches.
