MG Jewelry is hiring: Social Media Assistant in Los Angeles

Overview

MG Jewelry is a Los Angeles–based brand specializing in waterproof, sweat-proof, and stylish jewelry designed for everyday wear.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, social-media–savvy intern to support our growing community on TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help with content creation, influencer gifting, and community engagement. You’ll gain valuable experience in social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce branding. You’ll also work directly alongside the founder on strategy and execution, with the opportunity to contribute ideas and take ownership of projects.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram content creation (filming, editing, posting).
• Research trending audios, formats, and creative ideas.
• Help with influencer/UGC gifting (packing, shipping, tracking).
• Organize content calendars and schedule posts.
• Engage with our audience by liking/commenting and replying to DMs.
• Support community events or pop-ups when needed.
• Collaborate with the founder on strategy and bring creative campaigns to life.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in fashion, jewelry, or beauty industries.
• Active on TikTok/IG with a good sense of trends.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Creative eye for photography and video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to take lead on tasks.
• Organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
• Located in Los Angeles (preferred, not required).

Details

• Paid, part-time internship (10–15 hours/week).
• Flexible schedule, mix of remote + in-person (Encino-based).
