THE CHALLENGE AHEAD

KERV is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Executive (AAE) to join our Enterprise team. In this hybrid role, you will support strategic sales and partnership efforts across US, LATAM, Canada, and EMEA, working with internal teams and publisher partners to accelerate innovation globally. You’ll drive revenue growth and ensure operational excellence across these key international markets.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, with a strong understanding of campaign execution, client servicing, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is designed for an ambitious seller who is ready to take ownership of key international accounts, assist with global expansion, and grow into a more senior client-facing sales position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the development and growth of KERV’s interactive ad format partnerships across US, LATAM, Canada, and EMEA.
  • Assist in all stages of the sales process from research and pitch development to activation and reporting alongside Directors and senior leadership.
  • Manage campaign deliverables, timelines, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across global time zones.
  • Build relationships with publisher and agency contacts across international regions, representing KERV’s innovation and solutions with professionalism and clarity.
  • Deliver post-campaign reporting, insights, and wrap materials to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track performance metrics and revenue pacing across key accounts and help identify upsell opportunities and renewals.
  • Contribute to new business efforts by supporting prospecting activities and collaborating on outreach strategies in priority markets.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital media or ad tech. CTV experience is required.
  • A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and technologies, including programmatic.
  • Strong working knowledge of publisher / media owner and agency ecosystems relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client needs simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with internal and external teams globally.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tool.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with a passion for innovation and global business expansion.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language required.
