Salary

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr. The pay will be increased to $20.00 at the completion of 90 days.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate processes to ensure each show is flawlessly executed to guarantee an extraordinary in-home shopping experience.
  • Sign out and verify products as outlined on show sheets, ensuring completeness and good condition.
  • Ensure the product is presented in a visually appealing manner in compliance with visual standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate with the show team, identify items to display for promotion, and verify the next item to air.
  • Procure and organize props, store them properly, and protect all company property.
  • Assist on-air hosts and others with immediate show needs.
  • Ensure the product is returned to the warehouse in a timely manner and in good condition.
  • Proactively prep and plan for scheduled shows.
  • Review upcoming shows and anticipate needs; inform the Manager.
  • Be aware of set/display needs for scheduled shifts.
  • Complete office hour tasks if full-time status.
  • Comply with the Studio Coordinator Code of Conduct and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned by the manager.

Skills/Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required; BA/BS or AB preferred, with one or more years of experience in retail, design, or television.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Sense of style and a creative eye.
  • Strong desire to develop visual skills and leadership/communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow through.
  • Must stand for extended periods and wear a headset for extended hours.
  • Must be available to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnights.
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements

  • Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
  • Moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight spaces.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Moving between work areas.
  • Adjusting or moving objects up to 40 pounds in all directions.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
