Overview

We are looking for a Video Coordinator for a top fashion company in Columbus, OH. Responsible for execution of video capture and post-production activities across our in-house creative service team. This role works closely with Manager, Video Production & Post-Production to facilitate video capture, edit, and related post-production activities to ensure all video projects deliver at the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities

• Directly execute video capture and post-production work as assigned
• Receive, organize, and manage creative assets, project files, and design deliverables to ensure accurate, on-time, and high-quality deliverables
• Provide recommendations for video capture, edit, and delivery to best meet the needs of the creative vision
• Lead on-site video capture as assigned; use working knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, and video-specific equipment for efficient and high-quality results
• Edit video footage for intended final use as assigned; integrate footage or content from outside vendors and partners
• Use working knowledge of editing, color grading, motion graphics, and other post-production software for efficient and high-quality results
• Perform quality checks of work-in-progress as needed to ensure accurate, on-time, and high-quality deliverables
• Package and release final design deliverables to internal and external partners
• Archive final released files according to established standards
• Support proper asset metadata and tagging

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience in similar roles a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
• Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite; experience in DaVinci Resolve a plus
