Role overview As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. You’ll work on fast-paced, challenging, and varied projects, experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people. You’ll bring diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers, with global opportunities for talented technologists.
Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for science-based products and cross-functional AI/ML initiatives for the digital supply chain
Collaborate with applied/data science teams to translate business problems into model requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals
Work closely with science, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and experiments
Own the full product lifecycle: from data acquisition, model development, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring
Evangelize model-driven decision-making across partner teams; help establish adoption mechanisms
Qualifications 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Bachelor's degree
Background in applied science or engineering, with solid understanding of model lifecycle, data readiness, and model evaluation frameworks; proven experience shipping data product or ML-based solutions at scale
Preferred Qualifications Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools and methodologies
