Visual Merchandising Lead - South Coast Plaza Job at Louis Vuitton in Costa Mesa

Overview

As a Visual Merchandising Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in the store.

Responsibilities

• You will manage all aspects of store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team, ensuring key products are selected and well-displayed to maximize business opportunities.
• You will lead window product changes and installations, collaborate with the store team on business events, and train the team on visual merchandising topics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-unit Visual Merchandising role with leadership of visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably luxury).
• Proven ability to own and implement visual merchandising strategies and standards, special events, and window installations.
• Experience with RTW, leather goods, and accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $29-$33 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discounts/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
