Overview

This position is not for classic software engineer. This position is for a Full-Stack Web Developer / Cloud Infrastructure.

Looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer and Technical Lead to develop modern web applications that meet business needs and deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive UI components using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate on database schema design and data model implementation
• Lead code peer reviews and enforce best practices for code quality, standards, and documentation
• Investigate and resolve technical issues; deliver reliable, high-performing solutions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of experimentation and growth

Required Experience

• Proficiency in full-stack development with React, Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
• Strong experience with Drizzle ORM or similar database schema management tools
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of security best practices and hands-on security testing
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Playwright, Jest, Mocha) for unit and integration testing
