What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Independently lead small-scale and mid-sized UX research projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives
  • Provide insights into user needs to designers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Streamline operational efficiency within the research team
  • Present and communicate research findings to key decision-makers

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI), statistics, social science, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–7 years of industry experience in UX research or related fields
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing quantitative research studies
  • Strong statistical analysis skills with the ability to apply appropriate methods to generate insights
  • Ability to manage end-to-end research projects independently
