- Collaborate with the Director of Content to translate programming strategy into executable content loops across multiple markets and property types.
- Oversee daily and weekly video content production pipelines, ensuring assets are delivered on schedule and at expected quality levels.
- Supervise and support a rotating team of freelance video editors, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Review and approve content before publishing, including O&O content, partner segments, and formatted advertising materials.
- Assist in building scalable workflows for content intake, reformatting, and publishing across 14", 25", 32", and 75" screen sizes.
- Partner with design resources to develop advertising content.
- Maintain a high bar for consistency, creative polish, and editorial alignment across all properties.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in video production, post-production, or digital content.
- Familiar with programming high-volume video content and scheduling across multiple formats.
- Experience using CMS tools to program or manage video loops/feeds.
- Excellent Premiere Pro skills. Ability to jump into an edit when needed.
- Experience managing or coordinating with freelance teams or contractors.
- Familiarity with Motion Graphics is a bonus, but not required.
- Clear understanding of quality control in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting to leadership remotely.
