Overview Founding Designer Advocate at SuperCraft (YC S23) . This role offers the opportunity to define our industry relations function, mentor future team members, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding company in the generative AI space. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr About SuperCraft SuperCraft is a new way to design physical products using just natural language. Traditionally, designing physical products involved sketching, CAD modeling, rendering, reviewing, and iterating—a slow process that requires specialized skills. SuperCraft replaces much of that with one simple interface: language. With SuperCraft, anyone can conceptualize, prototype, and iterate on product ideas—fast. It’s already being used by over 17,000 people in industries like consumer goods, fashion, CPG, furniture and interior design. Role Overview You'll be a founding member of the team, working directly with Sarang (Founder & CEO) to drive adoption and awareness of SuperCraft across design teams in the industry. Responsibilities Create compelling technical content (blog posts, tutorials, video content) showcasing how to use SuperCraft Own content marketing to increase designer discovery Develop integration guides and workflow examples Improve docs and onboarding based on community feedback Build and nurture our user community through forums and social channels Gather feedback from designers and translate it into actionable product roadmap input Host meetups, workshops, and speak at conferences Provide technical support to designers implementing our platform Run experiments across growth channels and launch creative campaigns Partner with companies, YC founders, and designer communities Qualifications Ownership Strong communication skills Good taste for design Ability to automate Prior startup experience Bonus if you speak Mandarin or Korean Benefits Healthcare, dental, vision, all the good stuff Base $90,000 - $160,000 (depends heavily on experience) Every tool you need to succeed Equity Note: We do not sponsor visas.
