Job description

Were looking for a bilingual Product Designer (Spanish/English) to join an exciting mid-September engagement. Youll collaborate with teams in New York City and Mexico to elevate a rebranded mobile app experience, enhancing core user journeys and key moments. This role leans toward UI and visual design, combining high-level design craft with cross-cultural collaboration and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine high-quality UI for mobile applications from concept through final delivery
• Elevate the apps visual experience by applying the new brand across core flows and touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with a UX/strategy lead and a design systems-focused senior designer
• Provide guidance and feedback to design teams, fostering best practices in product design
• Act as a bilingual bridge between NYC and Mexico teams, ensuring seamless communication
• Build and maintain style guides, component libraries, and visual assets
• (Preferred) Incorporate motion design to enhance engagement and storytelling

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within B2C banking or financial services
• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual/UI design craft and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance creativity with usability and accessibility principles
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, multicultural teams
