Director of Marketing

Position Overview

The Director of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand management, and communications for all divisions under Inch & Co. This includes real estate, construction, landscaping, development, property management, holdings, and the golf course. The Director will be responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with company goals, building a consistent brand identity across multiple industries, and driving growth through innovative campaigns, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports growth and visibility across all company divisions.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Build, mentor, and manage an internal marketing team and coordinate with external agencies/vendors as needed.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, reporting, and ROI analysis.

Brand & Communications
  • Ensure brand consistency across all divisions while tailoring messaging to specific audiences (homeowners, tenants, investors, customers, community partners).
  • Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, public relations, community engagement, and media relations.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and collateral.

Digital & Advertising
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO/SEM, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media presence.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, photography, newsletters) to showcase company projects, services, and culture.
  • Monitor analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize reach and engagement.

Sales & Business Development Support
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to provide tools, presentations, and campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Support proposal development and RFP responses with compelling marketing content.
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Cross-Divisional Focus
  • Real Estate: Market residential and commercial properties, promote listings, and support real estate agents.
  • Construction & Development: Showcase projects, highlight expertise, and promote capabilities to potential clients.
  • Landscaping & Property Management: Develop campaigns to attract and retain clients while strengthening reputation for quality service.
  • Golf Course & Hospitality: Drive membership sales, event bookings, and community engagement.
  • Holdings/Corporate: Maintain a professional corporate identity that reflects stability, innovation, and growth.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in multi-industry or multi-division organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
