Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Segwit's product roadmap and business objectives
- Define Segwit's brand voice, identity, and positioning within the Web3 and consumer tech spaces
- Lead all marketing campaigns across channels like social media, content, email, paid advertising, events, influencer collaborations, etc.
- Set performance goals, budgets, and track key metrics to measure success and ROI
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and Segwit's target audience
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to coordinate launches, communicate product updates, and gather user feedback
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team across roles like content, social media, growth, etc.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing best practices, crypto/Web3 landscape, and emerging platforms
Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in consumer tech, crypto, or Web3
- Proven track record in building brands and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging
- Solid understanding of marketing technologies, analytics, and performance measurement
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for Segwit's mission of bringing secure and user-friendly Web3 products to the masses
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
