Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Project Coordinator to join our growing in-office Austin, TX based team!

In this role, you’ll support the Brand Project Management team at Bloom and play a key part in driving marketing initiatives forward — from retail displays and PR boxes to merch and label creative. You’ll be the go-to for workflow execution, timeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll bring structure to creative chaos and help the marketing team operate more efficiently, while being a central force in keeping everything (and everyone) on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project intake as the first line of defense, making sure all necessary info is captured before work kicks off
  • Keep project timelines, statuses, and deliverables up to date using our project management tools (we use Wrike!)
  • Assign tasks, manage kickoffs, and follow through on project momentum
  • Monitor and manage designer bandwidth to ensure balanced workloads and efficient delivery
  • Ensure all projects follow the correct internal review and approval processes before going live
  • Partner with our media channels teams to keep workflows and naming conventions consistent
  • Own and organize our digital asset library, making it easy for teams to find what they need
  • Understand creative processes and terminology to effectively support asset development
  • Support the rollout of new workflows and keep them running smoothly as we scale
  • Identify and recommend ways to streamline marketing ops and optimize team efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, traffic management, or a related support role
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and switching gears quickly
  • Clear communicator with a positive, solution-first mindset
  • Interested in marketing, design, and the wellness space
  • Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Must be able to work from our Austin office 4 days a week

Benefits:

  • Fun and inclusive work environment with a super collaborative team
  • Access to Company Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision)
  • 401(k) plan that the company matches because your future should bloom as well
  • Company-wide events, like team dinners, group workouts, happy hours, etc.
  • A brand new Apple company laptop
  • Access to all the Bloom supplements and swag so you can bloom into your best self!

Bloom is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
