ideaMACHINE Studio . ideaMACHINE Studio is seeking a Client Relations Representative, reporting to the Director of Marketing/Sales. This role will be responsible for actively seeking new business leads. Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell our animation studio using information from existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and emailing clients. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Continuously improve through feedback. Qualifications
Set goals and exceed them. Proven work experience as a sales representative. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Good writing and public speaking skills. Ability to build productive business professional relationships. Good selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the clients’ needs. Must be open to feedback from peers and management. Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce and Hubspot. BS/BA degree or equivalent is preferred.
