High-growth global consumer goods company seeks a Finance Manager to partner with Sales & Marketing leadership. This role will lead commercial finance strategy, drive data-informed decision-making, and deliver insights to optimize performance across product categories, customer segments, and channels. Responsibilities
Lead performance reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis for Sales & Marketing Partner with leadership on pricing, portfolio, trade promotions, and channel strategies Oversee budgeting/forecasting for volumes, pricing, and trade investments Drive profitability analysis (customer/product level) and marketing ROI assessments Support commercial initiatives with pre- and post-action financial analysis Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3–5+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, audit, or controlling Advanced Excel and modeling skills; SAP/COPA/BI experience a plus Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills Compensation
Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Salary Range: $140k - $150k + 6% Bonus + 4% 401k match + 4 weeks vacation Benefits
