Our client, a leading broadband and telecommunications provider, is seeking a Brand Design Manager to join their team in Stamford, CT. Role Overview:
This role involves leading the evolution of visual brand identity across digital, print, video, and interactive media. Responsibilities include developing scalable design systems and templates, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring designers, and ensuring consistent and impactful brand storytelling. Brand Design Manager Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation of brand design systems across multiple platforms. Create scalable templates and brand guidelines for cohesive visual communication. Collaborate with marketing, product, communications, and executive teams to align design with business goals. Mentor and inspire a team of designers fostering creativity and growth. Oversee production of high-quality assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and generative AI tools. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and champion best design practices. Brand Design Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or art direction in corporate or agency settings. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and generative AI tools. Strong expertise in design principles including typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Must have recent relevant samples of brand design and digital work. This is an autonomous role with no direct reports. Base pay range
