Overview
We are looking for a kick-ass creative leader for our internal creative agency Global Studio in driving a consistent brand vision for the Amazon brand globally. This creative lead role falls under the Amazon central brand and creative team, bringing exceptional ideas with a high level of craft to global and partner teams. Responsibilities
Drive world-class global campaigns across Amazon, overseeing day-to-day creative and helping shape the long-term direction of the brand. Effectively interpret creative briefs and develop bar-raising creative for campaigns and onsite experiences across all of Amazon globally. Lead brainstorms and collaborate with teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, motion designers, program managers and creative directors, as well as producers, directors and marketing professionals to deliver exceptional brand experiences. Direct other art directors/designers to execute at a high bar to quickly develop work spanning digital platforms, broadcast, print, out of home and social channels. Communicate concepts effectively to senior executives and maintain a strong focus on craft from idea to execution. Qualifications
8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team. Bachelor's degree. A portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns spanning TV/Film, digital, OOH, social media, design and radio. 5+ years experience overseeing creative teams in a management capacity (internal team of art directors, designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers). Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to drive creative strategy and consumer insights. Experience working on a brand with global scale and adapting to different cultures. Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote. Strong bias for action in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines. Deep understanding of typography, design principles, trends and best practices across digital and print. Experience with a world-class advertising agency or consultancy. Self-motivated team player with refined and assertive leadership skills, able to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market.
