Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced, organized, professional, relationship-driven Director of Influencer Content Partnerships that embodies our brand voice to build and scale our creator and community content collaborations. You’ll own the full funnel—from prospecting and evaluation through negotiation, activation, and reporting—while serving as the primary point of contact for creators and their teams. Ideal candidates have scaled influencer/community programs for at least three years and have hands-on experience negotiating partnership structures and usage rights. Core Responsibilities

Own the gifting > affiliate partner pipeline:

Source, vet, and prioritize creator gifting and upscoping to long-term partners across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, and Amazon to campaign goals and budget. Select great content partners:

Assess brand alignment, historical content quality, audience authenticity, engagement quality, and historical conversion quality to make smart decisions on who we should work with. This is not a "spray and pray" program. Negotiate & contract:

Structure deals (flat fee, CPA, hybrid), negotiate Meta Partnership Ads (allowlisting/whitelisting), usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables; manage affiliate code terms and tracking. Manage Tiktok Affiliates Agency : Act as the primary point-of-contact for our Tiktok Affiliates agency, ensuring a high-volume of consistent gifting, data-driven decisions on which affiliates to promote, and ensure the brand is upheld on the platform. Program operations:

Manage core software for outreach / gifting / payments via Superfiliate, Amazon Influencer Program, Tiktok Shop and any other software tools necessary for the job. Build briefs, manage seeding and product fulfillment, coordinate timelines, collect assets, and ensure on-time approvals and posts. Relationship management : Be the go-to contact for creators and managers; maintain organized, timely communication and ensure an excellent partner experience, speaking in the brand voice. Activate paid extensions:

Set up and optimize Partnership Ads on Meta using creator handles, coordinate with paid media on allowlisted campaigns, and track incremental lift. Affiliate & attribution:

Stand up and manage promo codes/links, track commissions, and optimize commission structures to hit CPA/ROAS targets. Measurement & reporting:

Build weekly/monthly dashboards, synthesize insights, and recommend next steps to scale winners and sunset underperformers. Cross-functional collaboration:

Partner with Creative, Paid Social, CX, and Site Dev to ensure messaging, landing pages, and post-purchase flows support campaign goals. Budget ownership:

Allocate and reconcile creator spend; ensure on-time payments and accurate W-9/1099 handling with Finance. Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of community/influencer management at scale, including end-to-end campaign ownership. 2+ years negotiating creator deals and varied partnership models (Meta Partnership Ads/whitelisting, allowlisting, affiliate/CPA, hybrid, usage and licensing). Tools proficiency (must have): Shopify Collabs, Superfiliate or Social Snowball, the new Amazon Influencer Program, Tiktok Affiliates Meticulous organization and punctuality; you hit deadlines, keep immaculate trackers/CRMs, and communicate proactively. Excellent relationship builder and charming communicator—trusted by creators, managers, and internal teams. Working knowledge of content rights, usage windows, exclusivity, paid amplification, and FTC disclosure standards. NYC-based and able to work hybrid in our Manhattan office. What We Offer
