Alpine Investors is seeking a self-starting Marketing Analyst/Associate to help position Alpine as the leading private equity firm of our generation. You will partner with the Vice President of Marketing and the Content Marketing Senior Associate, coordinating across various marketing channels in a fast-paced industry, and driving the creation and execution of high-impact integrated campaigns. This includes producing engaging social media posts, managing and owning our website, coordinating marketing videos, and partnering with the team to create marketing reports. You will also help shape and implement broader marketing initiatives, collaborating across teams to generate assets, lead workstreams, and refine our storytelling approach to bring finance—and Alpine Investors—into a more relatable and human light.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Develop a deep understanding of how to leverage channels to align marketing with stakeholder needs. Oversee website content and marketing collateral maintenance. Identify and report on insights and social media trends through data analysis. Collaborate with the Marketing team and cross-functional teams across the firm (investor relations, investing, sourcing, portfolio company leadership, external partners) to develop marketing material such as videos, brochures, newsletters, and support marketing operations. Complete ad-hoc projects as needed. Qualifications
2-3+ years in marketing, social media marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of success. Experience in or exposure to finance or private equity is strongly preferred. People-driven with a genuine passion for building community through content. Project management and process-oriented: proactive, solutions-oriented, able to excel in a fast-paced environment; proven experience optimizing processes and workflows. Self-starter: eager for ownership and responsibility; resourceful and quick to learn in a fast-paced setting. Collaborative teammate with strong relationship-building skills, able to work in a nimble marketing department and cross-functionally across Alpine. Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice and tone across diverse mediums. Experience with marketing platforms such as Canva, HubSpot, or similar tools.
