The Executive Director of Marketing, Surgical will report to the Vice President and GM of Surgical. This role will focus on product sales across the Surgical Profile (IOLs, Osmolarity, Equipment). This role will be responsible for leading both the HCP and Consumer engagement activities and individuals should have strong understanding of how to incorporate both HCP and patient insights to create a fully executable marketing plan. This position will have high visibility to executive level decision makers and require strong leadership to ensure alignment across multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and is collaborative, organized, agile and visionary.
