We’re scaling globally and looking for people passionate about our mission to join us. What will you be doing?
Design, execute, and optimize demand generation programs from start to finish Own campaign execution, ICP targeting, and conversion optimization Collaborate with CEO, product, sales, and RevOps to drive measurable pipeline Target ICP accounts and personas across campaigns Design and execute account-based marketing programs that engage ICP accounts and drive pipeline Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, digital ads, webinars, outbound support) Work with sales & BDRs to align marketing and outbound processes Deliver content and campaigns that resonate with ICP personas (developers, engineering leaders, CTOs) and align with buyer journeys Track MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion and contribute to real pipeline Own lead scoring, attribution models, and dashboards in collaboration with RevOps Develop strategies to improve Conduktor’s visibility in AI-driven search and in SEO/SEM Drive GTM campaigns for new product launches, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing Collaborate with sales and BDRs to refine outbound processes and cadences What experience are we looking for?
5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation or digital marketing Proven track record of owning campaigns end-to-end and driving measurable pipeline Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Clearbit) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot CRM) and attribution reporting Experience building MQL → SQL conversion processes and aligning with BDR teams Excellent project management skills and ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong content instinct: ability to identify and deliver content that moves ICPs Familiarity with AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) is a strong plus Startup/scale-up experience; comfortable wearing many hats and moving fast What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
All campaigns and outbound efforts are laser-focused on ICP accounts Multiple ABM campaigns launched and contributing pipeline Conduktor’s visibility improved in AI search and digital channels Marketing-to-sales handoff process improved with better conversion rates Product launches executed with measurable impact on adoption and revenue A repeatable outbound + marketing playbook in place for BDRs Perks And Benefits
