Responsibilities
Senior Regional Marketing Manager located in any of Northmarq’s major markets; leads a team of regional marketing managers across the U.S. who develop marketing plans for designated Northmarq local (regional) Debt + Equity offices.
Partner with Corporate Marketing & Communications, business line leadership, operations, and corporate teams to build marketing programs and brand strategies serving producers and local markets.
Act as a working manager with regional marketing responsibilities in a designated region; plan and execute marketing activities to generate leads, nurture and convert prospects, and retain existing clients.
Collaborate with office leaders and producers to align regional marketing plans with regional/office goals, requiring up to 20% domestic travel.
Support marketing needs of the Debt + Equity business; build regional programs that can be leveraged by the team in local markets; develop tracking and reporting to measure impact and effectiveness; provide performance management and coaching.
Orchestrate programs for multiple offices and drive high-performing marketing functions through collaboration, project management, and innovative tactics.
Lead capabilities in graphic design, digital and email marketing, content development, campaigns, collateral, and event/output production (email campaigns, web strategies, thought leadership, research, advertising, special reports).
Define client insights and campaign analytics to optimize effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies; study competitor best practices and market insights to drive programs and test-and-learn tactics.
Coordinate development of campaigns, local events, collateral, pitchbooks, workshops, online events, and digital content; drive full-funnel marketing from lead generation to retention.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication.
5+ years of direct managerial experience managing others.
Proven experience overseeing teams and projects delivering consultative client service to sales channels with measurable results.
7+ years of experience developing content, campaigns, and strategies to support sales channels.
Experience measuring and reporting team output and optimizing strategies accordingly.
Demonstrated marketing planning and execution experience including graphic design and delivering campaigns using marketing technology platforms.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a track record of turning complex information into engaging client-focused content.
Ability to collaborate with internal partners to build marketing strategies; strong campaign management skills and experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience using insights and analytics to drive strategy and decision making.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Asana or similar collaboration tools.

The salary range for the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing position is $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
