strategic, results-driven marketing leader

to serve as

Associate Director of Global Marketing

for our

Gravity and Syringe Delivery (GSD)

portfolio—a ~$150M global business of IV sets and accessories that plays a foundational role in infusion therapy. This is a high-impact role requiring a

general management mindset , strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive commercial success in a competitive market. This role reports to the

Senior Director, Commercial Excellence

for the IPD platform. Key Responsibilities

Drive Global Commercial Success : Own global revenue and margin performance for the GSD portfolio. Lead Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver portfolio performance. Partner with Regional Marketing : Align with regional teams to execute commercialization plans, develop differentiated value propositions, and optimize go-to-market strategies. Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management : Use customer insights and market trends to guide product lifecycle decisions and innovation priorities. Pricing & Value Capture : Establish pricing corridors, monitor margin performance, and ensure effective governance across regions. Market Intelligence & Customer Advocacy : Stay ahead of market dynamics, competitive activity, and clinical guidelines. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and advocate for solutions. Operational Excellence : Lead annual marketing planning cycles, improve commercial processes, and apply integrated business planning to manage demand/supply and mitigate risks. Vendor & Supplier Engagement : Liaise with external partners as needed to support portfolio execution. Skills & Competencies

and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts. Resilient and adaptable with a

and bias for action. Collaborative and influential across diverse teams and cultures. High integrity, accountability, and willingness to challenge the status quo. Preferred: Experience in regional marketing roles. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a Technical discipline required; MBA/MS preferred. 8+ years of experience in regional and/or global marketing, ideally within the medical device industry. Demonstrated success in team leadership and talent development. Location & Travel

Based in

Franklin Lakes, NJ

or

Eysins, Switzerland . Up to

25% travel

for customer engagement and internal collaboration.
