Oversee all architectural projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and specifications while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the project is progressing as planned and to address any issues promptly. Resolve complex design and development issues with innovative and practical solutions. Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and senior management. Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the company remains competitive. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on commercial, retail, restaurant, and mixed-use projects. Proven experience in managing all stages of complex architectural projects from conception to completion. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex design challenges. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. Professional registration as an Architect would be highly desirable. Benefits
