Job ID: 3091033 | Amazon.com Services LLC We're seeking a seasoned Brand Design Lead to join eero's creative team, combining strategic vision with hands-on design execution. In this role, you'll shape the visual direction of eero's brand across multiple channels while actively contributing to design work and overseeing photography, video, and 3D visualization projects. Responsibilities

Lead visual direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives Create and execute compelling designs across digital and physical touchpoints Direct photo and video shoots, from concept development through final delivery Guide 3D rendering projects to showcase products and features Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to external partners Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders Basic Qualifications

8+ years of design experience Have an available online portfolio Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators Outstanding communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles Equal Opportunity & Compliance

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
