Job Summary:

This role covers a diverse range of responsibilities, including e-mail campaign management, social media marketing management, and assistance with a diverse range of ongoing projects, including tradeshow planning, internal communications and others.

This position requires the successful design, management, execution and reporting of various marketing tactics and KPI's. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams, including serving as a day-to-day resource for assigned lines of business within the company. Must be comfortable presenting insights, data and campaign metrics during meetings, contributing to the continued success of our marketing efforts.

Essential Functions:

  • Social Media Management: Strategize and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Coordinate and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to customers and industries monthly.
  • Trade Show Planning: Register for and plan logistics, ensuring internal teams are prepared for successful trade show attendance. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to gauge success.
  • Assistance with Marketing Initiatives: Act as a contributor to day-to-day marketing requests and initiatives within the organization.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assist with communication between Master's Transportation and our marketing partners and vendors.
  • Sponsorships and Memberships: Maintain existing sponsorships and memberships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report campaign performance to management, providing regular updates, recaps, and valuable insights
