Overview Are you a digital media enthusiast who excels at building rapport and trust with clients? We are seeking a Client Experience Manager (Media Supervisor) with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our Network Solutions team. In this client-facing role, you will work with digital advertising agency buyers and Life Science companies to demonstrate the value that Phreesia could provide to their brands by advertising on our platform. This is a work-from-home position with the expectation that you live within the New York City/commutable area. What You'll Do Generate new business with media/advertising buying agencies/AORs/Life Science companies for appropriate brands that have patient-facing strategic imperatives Leverage confidence, organization and time management skills to foster relationships with all levels of customers (virtually and in-person) to share our capabilities through presentations and listen for brand leads Manage client relationships through organizational changes and monitor pharmaceutical industry trends, new product launches, and client-specific news daily Prepare and present advertising/campaign capabilities presentations and product demonstrations to increase opportunities and hit sales goals Develop strategic and creative account plans for managing digital advertising agencies and Life Science companies; complete advertising media agency RFP templates and ensure Phreesia is included in proposals Collaborate across Network Solutions teams and mentor junior team members to drive strategic initiatives What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree required and 4+ years of media agency experience in account management, advertising media buying, or media strategy with healthcare/pharmaceutical brands Familiarity with digital media vernacular and recommending actions to increase brand awareness based on campaign insights/measurement Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint that WOW the customer and help secure new business Willingness to connect with clients outside of a business office in NYC-area-adjacent locations and occasional travel to clients outside the NYC area Base pay for US is $135,000 - $145,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive Total Rewards package.
