We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and motivated individual to join our Paid Media team as an Associate, Paid Media . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch or build on their career in performance marketing with hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and more. Whether you're new to paid media or have 1–2 years of campaign management experience, you should bring strong communication skills, initiative, and a passion for learning. You will thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on client results. To be considered for this role, applicants must reside in the state of Washington, in accordance with VOGLIO's location-based employment requirements and applicable state and federal law. Responsibilities Campaign Setup & Execution: Build, launch, and monitor paid search and social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Meta. Ad copy drafting and supporting A/B testing to improve performance. Manage budgets, bids, and account pacing to maximize ROI. Performance Optimization & Insights: Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Support or lead optimization strategies depending on experience level. Create clear, actionable reporting deliverables for account teams and clients. Team Collaboration & Client Support: Work closely with account managers, data analysts, and other channel specialists to ensure integrated campaign strategies. Proactively communicate findings, surface insights, and offer solutions. Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and continually improve technical and strategic skill sets. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing (professional, academic, or internship) Understanding of digital advertising concepts and campaign performance metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleaning) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field—or equivalent experience What Makes This Role Unique Flexible entry point: This position covers both truly entry-level and early-career applicants. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $68,000–$84,000/year, depending on experience Equity: Employee Stock Option Plan Health Coverage: Comprehensive Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans Health Savings: Optional HSA (Health Savings Account) Retirement: 401(k) with company match Time Off: Flexible PTO with no set accrual limits; 12 paid company holidays each year Work Location This position is hybrid, based in Seattle, WA (98121). There is no fixed in-office schedule, but some onsite activities are expected, particularly during onboarding. Regular in-person time is encouraged to support learning, collaboration, and connection.
