Studio operations, budget, and performance Recruitment, mentorship, and development of architectural staff Client relationships and strategic communications Project planning, execution, and quality assurance Cross-disciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, civil, and environmental teams Workflow optimization and studio efficiency improvements Business development and proposal strategy What You Bring
15+ years of architectural design experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred) Professional RA license required Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Deep understanding of project specifications and CSI formatting Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits
