Senior Product Marketing Manager, Providers
All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description. Headway’s mission is a big one – to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. We’ve built technology that helps people find great therapists with the first software-enabled national network of providers accepting insurance. 1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice. Headway was founded in 2019. Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 60,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. We’re a Series D company with over $325m in funding from a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, Forerunner Ventures and Health Care Service Corporation. We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better. Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Marketer on our Provider team, you'll play an integral role in accelerating growth of our provider products. Reporting directly into Headway’s Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you’ll be responsible for supporting product marketing for our providers, all in support of building a world-class GTM engine. You will be a key voice of the customer internally and work cross-functionally to drive marketing campaigns, new product releases, and enable our growth team to market and sell our provider product. Become an expert on a subset of our provider product – develop a deep understanding of the market, our competitive landscape, and our customers. Lead and support product launches, working closely with cross-functional partners (product management, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, sales, CX, ops). Drive and support provider positioning and messaging (including personas) to elevate the quality of our growth motions. Qualifications
You have 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in health tech with SMB focus. You’re empathetic and relationship-obsessed – both with internal collaborators and customers. You have a strong track record of driving quantifiable results. You seek an environment that fosters individual growth through open feedback and high autonomy. You thrive in the unknown, and seek opportunities to dive into unfamiliar challenges, roll up your sleeves, learn new skills, and drive toward solutions. You are motivated by the opportunity to make an impact on one of our generation’s defining problems: accessible mental healthcare. Compensation & Benefits The expected base pay range for this position is $163,200 - $192,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
