Visual Designer IV - Remote role. This position is remote but requires working West Coast hours. Responsibilities

• Gain product knowledge across our suite of offerings
• Design meaningful and purpose-driven end-to-end experiences that inform and guide customers toward the right product for their small business
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to drive results toward business objectives
• Be proactive in seeking new knowledge and connections with marketing partners
• Adopt a systems mindset and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels
• Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to inform meaningful customer experience design for the web and beyond
• Advance a strong point of view, backed by design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
• Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and narrow based on experimentation and customer research
• Lead and work on multiple projects at a time with effective time and expectation management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a design-related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio and proven business impact
• A deep commitment to making design functional and beautiful across web, email, and in-product marketing funnels
• Strong business acumen and experience partnering with marketers and other designers
• Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices
• Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries and asset export
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Curiosity and commitment to new ideas to drive business results
• Powerful communication and presentation skills; ability to explain design rationale concisely
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft and collaborative process
