We are searching for an experienced and talented Videographer / Video Editor to join our creative team. This role is all about bringing brands to life with fresh ideas, cinematic storytelling, and polished execution. From capturing the perfect shot to crafting emotionally resonant edits, you’ll shape video content that fuels campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.

This position is hands-on and collaborative, requiring strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while keeping timelines and budgets on track. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing big-picture storytelling with detail-oriented editing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Craft impactful video narratives from concept to final cut, with a focus on commercials, branding videos, and interview-driven storytelling.
  • Impactful editing using interviews, talking-head footage, and dynamic B-roll to create cohesive, emotionally resonant stories.
  • Capture high-quality video on set, including cinematic B-roll and interview setups.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and account teams to produce and optimize video for multiple platforms, including social, digital, and broadcast.
  • Support video shoots with technical expertise—camera operation, lighting, and sound.
  • Ability to color-correct RAW footage.
  • (Bonus) A background in photography or social media strategy to help enhance content across channels.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, tracking time effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in video production, editing, and storytelling (agency experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Sony Camera Systems (operation and workflow).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) with advanced editing and motion graphics skills.
  • Strong eye for pacing, detail, and visual design to make content stand out in today’s digital landscape.
  • A creative problem solver who brings fresh ideas and energy to every project.
  • Excellent time management skills; organized and accountable with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and reliable.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
