Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Coordinator, Ad Sales Marketing & Brand Partnerships. The Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives and integrated partnerships across the FOX News Media portfolio, including FOX News, FOX Business, FOX Weather, TMZ and OutKick. The role will help manage day-to-day activities while assisting with cross-platform sponsorships and marketing campaigns across linear and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling marketing collateral to support the sales team, including proactive opportunity one-sheets and assist team members in generating partnership recaps and case studies.
- Assist with the execution of sold sponsorships by managing the team sponsorship calendar, coordinating with programming, production, and digital partners, and submitting requests for branded campaign assets.
- Support Brand Partnerships team members in preparation for integrations with key client partners, including pre-production work and on-site liaison between client and show teams on activation day.
- Document and share key elements of live campaigns, including clipping aired linear segments and capturing screenshots of digital campaigns.
- Maintain and distribute team tracking documents such as the Weekly Status Report, Linear Sponsorship Calendar, and Digital Campaign Pacing Report.
- Produce the FNM Ad Sales Marketing newsletters by curating content, writing copy, and highlighting notable team initiatives.
- Support daily communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Ad Sales Marketing, Brand Marketing, Branded Content, Research, and Editorial teams.
What You Will Need
- Experience at an agency, media company, or sales organization where the individual supported the team in presentation, creative and promotion development.
- Excellent oral, written, proofreading and presentation skills for internal and external communication; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external clients and sales team members; team player.
- Professional demeanor to interface with multiple high-level constituencies; ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships.
- Thorough knowledge and proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including PowerPoint design skills.
- Must be willing to work in New York City, NY.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
Nice To Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in media and project management and an interest in news, business, and entertainment marketing
- Knowledge of relevant syndicated and custom research tools (Nielsen, Ipsos Affluent Survey, comScore, etc.) and their application to the sales process
- Understanding of media ad sales process and marketing strategy, media buying and planning functions; familiarity with News & Business editorial, talent, and media relations processes

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role is $23.50-26.45 per hour, final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other plan-based benefits. Benefits for union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
