SURESTAFF is hiring: Jr Graphic Artist in Coppell

Overview

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Jr Graphic Artist for a large, well-known client in Coppell, TX. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $15.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts: include Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal and external clients as needed.
• Conceptualizes visual arrangements and develops illustrations, logos, ads, and graphics.
• Creates and manages logo sheets and client artwork for new and established clients.
• Works closely with Program Managers on artwork and meeting project timelines.
• Prepares finished files ready for application, works within design workflow tools, updates files and data as necessary to track and archive project work.
• Customizes and creates championship logos and other designs.
• Assists with additional tasks where applicable.
• Actively engage in safety programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of previous job-related work experience required, including apparel design.
• Experience working with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, apparel design.
• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office software applications.
• Must possess strong communication and partnership skills.
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines and handle changes to priorities on short notice.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, stand, talk, hear, walk and use hands and fingers; occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to use standard office equipment and review and proof documents.
