The Lash Lounge is hiring: Lash Artist/Stylist in Westlake

Overview

THE LASH LOUNGE at Crocker Park in Westlake, OH is looking for a positive and professional Eyelash Extension Stylist. We are an upscale eyelash salon. We take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and giving each client excellent customer service. This position will perform salon services for our clients, including: semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading and eyebrow extensions.

Responsibilities

• Performs the day-to-day application of our services to scheduled Lash Lounge clients, at the expected “Gold Standard” level.
• Thoroughly conducts client consultations prior to service, and inserts proper notes in client charts for future tracking.
• Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items at station, and cleanliness of the treatment room.
• Responsible for proper sanitizing of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and licensing.
• Maintains overall salon cleanliness, assists with laundry, trash disposal, and general organization as needed.
• Assists with promotions at supplementary events and performs services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand.
• All other duties as prescribed.

Skills/Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics State License required.
• Microblading and/or Permanent Makeup experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable educating clients on products and services offered.
• Well organized, detail oriented.
• Exhibits sound judgment.
• Forms strong working relationships within team.
• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
• Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement.

Hours & Location

Hours of Operation for this location are:

• Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Varies

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
