About the Role

We’re looking for a Temporary Creative Coordinator (4-6 months) to support our B2B Creative pod, helping keep campaigns and events running smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage scheduling, track deadlines, organize creative assets, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about movies and TV, this is a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Creative Studio B2B Creative pod by scheduling check-ins, taking and distributing meeting notes, and tracking creative requests deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Manage both internal and external assets, ensuring proper organization, version control, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain communications with outside agencies and vendors to keep projects aligned and on schedule.
  • Partner with Sr. Project Manager to track stakeholder feedback/approvals and ensure smooth hand-offs.
  • Ensure all final deliverables meet technical specs for their intended platforms (digital, live event, broadcast, etc.).
  • Learn and follow internal systems (file naming, folder structure, Airtable) to keep all projects consistent and easy to navigate.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams like Comms, Sales, Content, Brand Marketing, and experiential vendors to support launches and events.
  • Jump in on high-energy projects like Cannes and Newfronts.

Your Background

  • 2+ years experience as a coordinator at an agency, network, production company, or streaming service
  • Exceptional Google Suite skills
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Frame IO
  • Airtable knowledge preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with an understanding of how to prioritize your to-do’s and time manage your day-to-day in order to meet milestones and deadlines
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing / Communications or equivalent work experience
  • Passionate fan of Movies & TV

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $35 - $35 USD hourly for California, New York City, Westchester County, NY, and Seattle, WA. This role is eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
