Executive Creative Director

Full-Time

Ideal candidates have experience with multicultural audiences and a passion for AI-powered creativity.

• Experience working with diverse communities, including Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) populations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead bold, award-worthy campaigns across digital, social, and experiential
• Translate high-level creative vision into real-world executions
• Use tools like Sora, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway to push the work forward
• Build and inspire a high-performing team while keeping culture strong
• Be client-facing, pitch-winning, and hands-on from concept to production
• Push for innovation, originality, and results—on every brief

You Bring

• 15+ years in creative roles with an outstanding portfolio
• Proven experience concepting and producing end-to-end campaigns
• AI fluency (and curiosity)
• Experience with multicultural and cross-cultural marketing
• Strong leadership skills—especially when managing diverse personalities
• A balance of big-picture thinking and get-it-done hustle
