Graphic Designer - Omni, Digital (White House Black Market)

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of the creative process from concept to completion for all channels.
• Ensures brand individuality and standards in assets and collateral.
• Adheres to the production schedule, PLC timelines and deliverables.
• Designs and develops Omni assets for the brand, including email and social media creative and site assets (homepage refreshes, product landing pages assets). Ensures a cohesive and engaging user experience across all channels.
• Creates digital media assets for paid social, programmatic, and brand campaign media, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
• Works collaboratively with cross functional partners to ensure that all design solutions meet deadlines and objectives.
• Assists the Creative Team with presentations.
• Stays current on fashion, style, design, popular culture and social trends in the competitive landscape.
• Produces motion assets, including light video editing, GIFs, and animations, to enhance digital content.
• Designs promotional assets for markdown events to drive sales and engagement.
• May develop graphics and layouts for all marketing channels and collateral.
• May produce and optimize final digital artwork.
• May create digital templates.
• May manage the image library and assist with retouching markups across all channels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in a Graphic or Fine Arts field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with digital design. Strong design and typography foundation and background producing digital assets.
• MAC proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma and InDesign, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with video and/or animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of print and digital design and production skills
• Knowledge of best practices relating to responsive design, front end web development; including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash and Bootstrap
• Motion graphics and video editing a plus
• Knowledge of web image optimization best practices a plus
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong time management, interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
• Positive team player with ability to collaborate
