Position Summary:

The Senior Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining website and digital marketing content to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, content optimization and a positive customer experience.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop, create, and manage engaging content that aligns with our brand strategy, and addresses the needs and interests of our multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to develop a content strategy that promotes internal and external user engagement
  • Use web metrics and knowledge of digital technology to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement
  • Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies that drive traffic and bolster conversion for all of Exertis | Almo's web properties
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar, collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messages across all channels
  • Advise internal and external clients on the most effective methods for presenting content on the web


What we look for in a candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in web project management.
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Knowledge of UX/UI practices and standards
  • Familiarity with content management platforms
  • Ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
