Overview

We are looking for a creative and reliable content creator assistant to help capture and share the excitement of youth basketball. You’ll be part of the team behind the growth of a new basketball movement in Singapore. This role is perfect for a student, creative, or young professional who loves media, sports, and storytelling — and knows how to work a camera (or a phone)!

Freelance / Casual Role Available

Key Responsibilities

• Attend SEAJBL training sessions, games, and community events to film and take photos
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and short interviews
• Help create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and stories
• Support with basic editing (videos, photos, captions)
• Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator to follow a content plan
• Suggest creative ideas to boost online engagement

Requirements

• Available evenings and weekends - flexible schedule available.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or camera to shoot photos/videos
• Comfortable in front of the camera
• Familiar with social media content formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of editing apps like CapCut, Canva, InShot, or VN
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Able to attend weekend or evening events (flexible hours)
• A plus if you like sports or know basketball
