Social Media Coordinator Job at Citrine Natural Beauty Bar in Phoenix

Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with our Founder/CEO and Marketing Director to bring our brand story to life across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll play an essential part in shaping our digital presence while ensuring every piece of content reflects our luxury, clean beauty ethos.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with leadership to ideate, develop, and execute content that aligns with brand goals — all content will be reviewed and approved before publishing.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to create bi-weekly social media plans that drive engagement and visibility.
• Write compelling captions, plan cohesive social aesthetics, and schedule/post content (including Stories and Reels) to maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Assist with photoshoots, events, and creative production — including our monthly Glam Bag shoots — from vision boards and concepts to on-set support and brand alignment.
• Contribute fresh ideas during strategy meetings, supporting both day-to-day execution and long-term growth initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice, aesthetic, and product offerings to create authentic, on-brand storytelling.
